Tituss Russell is a researcher and engineer at the Temporal Resonance Agency. They are tasked with monitoring various points in history and determining events and occurrences that sent wide reaching ripples through time. It is the duty of the organization to travel back in time and make "corrections" in the hopes of improving the future.
