Once your outfit is on, slot your pads into position on your clothing. Use one hand to scoop your breasts up into position and the other to press the cup against your chest to hold them into place. Repeat on the other side. Removal: Gently peel your cups from your skin using one hand for support and the other to remove, then slowly remove your cups from your clothing. Any left over glue particles will wash away. Cleaning: Wash with warm soapy water and allow to air-dry. when dry, place your protective film over the adhesive to protect your glue, ready for their next use. Recommended to wear for 6-8 hrs.
