Turmeric Up first we have turmeric. Turmeric is being hailed as the latest miracle supplement in terms of joint health, cognitive function, and pain relief, and it’s easy to see why. Turmeric contains powerful plant-based compounds known as curcuminoids, which have been found to provide a whole host of benefits for people suffering with joint pain and discomfort. For example, turmeric has been found to provide anti-inflammatory benefits for the joints, so it can alleviate any painful swelling on and around the joints. It does this by basically intercepting molecules in the cell nuclei which are responsible for inflammation. Whilst the process is complex, turmeric basically contains compounds which can block and prevent inflammation at a cellular level. Glucosamine sulphate Glucosamine sulphate is another supplement that is very popular in regards to joint health, and in actual fact, there are many people out there who will take a glucosamine supplement individually, and will still enjoy great results.
