With these you can replace the rubber cone bushings where your bar mounts attach to the triple clamps. This is helpful if you're feeling a bit of play or slop at this connection. In our experience this can be noticeable and get annoying on a few models of bikes after a while of hard riding, or if you have taller bars: RECOMMENDED for KTM/Husky MX/XC bikes 2016-2022 with Mid OR Tall risers! These are not required for (nor compatible with) "direct threads" style triple clamps found on enduro (EXC/FE) models, 2015 or earlier bikes, or GASGAS of any kind The 2023 KTM bar mount connection seems to be a "more solid" design, we'll update this recommendations section after we've done more testing! RECOMMENDED for Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki bikes with Tall risers! (These tend not to feel as loose as the KTM style, so with Mid height you can go either way) Or maybe you're just looking for a more direct feel with precise feedback! You'll also have less troubles with the bar mounts twisting if you knock something. Pro tip: You can also play around with using these rigid cones in just the top with the original rubber ones in the bottom (or vice versa) for an in-between feel. The more rigid this connection becomes, you would notice a bit more vibration feedback into the bars, particularly on big-bore bikes. Sold as a SET OF 4. Dealer part number comment: These have always been available on their own, but previously to 2022, had also been combined into riser assemblies by adding ".RK" onto the end of the risers part number. Fitment comment: as always, "Factory Edition" or "Rockstar Edition" models are one year ahead. Always use the parts for one year newer than the model year of your bike. Example, for 2022 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition, use the 2023 parts.
