Description C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Splenocytes are derived from the spleen tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Each vial contains 10 x106 cells and is delivered frozen. Cells in suspension culture can be used for designed experiments under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics. Cells can be used in standard biochemical procedures include FACS, PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, ROS, or cell derivatives for desired research applications. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. These cells will not proliferate in culture and cannot be passaged.
