Valdimir Chapko This 1977 oil on canvas still life entitled Still life & Mason Jar is by Valdimir Chapko. In 1979 Valdimir Chapko moved to the San Francisco Bay area. He quit paint ing billboards in 1995 and now spends most of his time in front of an easel. Currently a resident of Pinole California, he is a former member of the Society of Werstern Artists and the Mt. Diablo Artists Association. Val has exhibited in numerous art shows in and around Contra Costa County an has given portrait painting demonstrations to art clubs around the Bay area. He is currently showing his paintings at Gallery 1870 in Yountville and in New Masters Gallery in Carmel.1977Oil on Canvas25"x16.75" framedSigned and dated on the lower right.
