This beautiful single plank coffee table is something rarely found now. consisting of 87cm of elm heartwood - it has an entrancing and figural grain. This would have come from a tr ee over 1.5 meters wide, elm trees rarely grow to this size. Made in Northern Chinese elm (yumu) it is from Gansu province in Northern China.
