All you need to do is follow the simple instructions to insert the switch, capacitor, resistor, transistor and LED into the breadboard to get your Sidewalk Surfer ready for action.This is not a wimpy racer, the 9-volt battery (sold separately) has plenty of power to send this racer zipping down the track many, many times.
