C7615 Trimless Mud-in Channel 76mm x 13mm C7615 Trimless Mud-in LED Integration System Large-Format Architectural Mud-in Channel for High-Lumen Integration The C7615 operates as a heavy-duty, large-format trimless fixture assembly architecture engineered for demanding applications. It establishes an exceptionally rigid load path utilizing integrated mud-in wings to achieve a seamless, flush installation in ceilings or walls. The channel connects flexible LED tape and 20mm light engines to the building substrate, and it acts as an efficient platform for the lighting system while remaining hidden behind the finish. This integration node transforms raw electrical components into a seamless, flush-mount architectural feature. The structural housing protects the internal electrical infrastructure, and it provides strict mechanical discipline for continuous linear lighting arrays embedded directly into the architectural surface. Engineering Function The system protects high-lumen density LED engine performance through high-capacity passive thermal dissipation. The 76.00 mm by 11.20 mm heavy-duty 6063-T5 aluminum structure conducts heavy heat loads away from the light source into the building assembly, and this process stabilizes junction temperatures. The large-format profile optimizes the optical interface. It receives controlled diffusion lenses or Fusion Optix beam shaping systems to ensure precise light distribution, and this optical integration minimizes visible diode imaging in flush-mount applications.
