Jane Mitchell This 1972 abstract serigraph on paper is by East Coast painter, printmaker, and designer Jane Mitchell (1915-1988). Mitchell studied Art History and Fine Art at Wheat on College and University of Iowa. She lived and worked in Ibiza, Spain during the 1950s-60s and was influenced by Cubism and Surrealism. Mitchell exhibited throughout the U.S. and Spain during her lifetime. 1972Serigraph on Paper 7"x10" unframed, 19"x21" framed Signed and dated lower right. Excellent vintage condition. Framed in a solid wood frame with a clear lacquer finish using archival matting and white archival spacers behind conservation clear glass. Show more
