+14 WHP | +16 WTQ | -57 LBS Transform your C8 Stingray with a Titanium Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System engineered for major weight reduction, improved exhaust flow, and a sharper exotic exhaust note while preserving factory-style valve functionality when applicable. Constructed from aerospace-grade titanium, the system weighs approximately 20 lb compared with roughly 77 lb for the factory exhaust, resulting in an impressive 57 lb weight savings from the rear of the car. The lightweight dual-muffler design helps reduce unwanted cabin drone while producing a more aggressive, higher-frequency titanium exhaust note under acceleration. *The vehicle featured in this video is equipped with the Titanium APEX Exhaust System paired with Race Pipes* Performance Gains +14 Peak WHP +16 Peak WTQ 57 lb Weight Reduction vs. OEM Improved throttle response Increased exhaust flow Reduced rear-end weight Key Features Aerospace-grade titanium construction Full cat-back exhaust system Valved and non-valved configurations available Factory NPP valve retention available Optional aftermarket remote-controlled valve system Lightweight dual-muffler design Precision TIG-welded construction Slip-joint connections for easier alignment Reduced cabin drone Direct bolt-on installation No cutting required No welding required Corrosion-resistant titanium construction Exhaust Valve Options This system can be configured around your Corvette's original exhaust-valve setup or equipped with an aftermarket valve system depending on how the vehicle was originally optioned. Factory NPP Valve Retention If your C8 was originally equipped with factory NPP exhaust valves, the factory valves can be retained with the appropriate configuration. The valves will continue to operate through the Corvette's factory drive-mode controls just as they do with the OEM exhaust. Sport and other aggressive drive/exhaust modes will continue commanding the valves open as designed, while quieter modes retain normal factory valve behavior. This is the best option for customers who want the weight savings and sound of the titanium exhaust while maintaining the Corvette's integrated factory valve controls. Aftermarket Remote-Controlled Valve System If your Corvette did not come equipped with factory exhaust valves, an aftermarket valved configuration can be added. These valves are controlled independently with a wireless remote, allowing the driver to manually switch between open and closed exhaust modes. Unlike factory NPP valves, the aftermarket valve system is not integrated into the Corvette's factory drive modes. The valves are controlled only through the supplied remote. Non-Valved / Valve-Delete Configuration A non-valved configuration is also available for customers who want a simpler setup with maximum sound at all times. If your Corvette originally came equipped with factory NPP or AFM-related exhaust valves and those valves are removed or deleted, electronic valve simulators will be required to help prevent valve-related fault codes and Check Engine Lights. Important Valve Notes Factory-valved cars can retain OEM valve functionality. Factory valves continue operating through the Corvette's factory drive modes. Aftermarket valves can be added to cars that did not originally have factory valves. Aftermarket valves are controlled by a separate wireless remote. Aftermarket valves are not integrated into factory drive modes. Removing factory exhaust valves may require NPP and/or AFM valve simulators. Valve simulators are optional and sold separately unless specifically selected with the exhaust. Sound Characteristics IdleDeep, refined titanium tone with a sharper exotic character than stock. CruisingControlled and comfortable with the valves closed, with the dual-muffler design helping reduce unwanted cabin drone. AccelerationThe exhaust becomes noticeably more aggressive as engine speed increases, with a clearer and more pronounced LT2 V8 note. Wide-Open ThrottleWith the valves open, the system delivers a high-frequency, motorsport-inspired titanium exhaust sound. Lightweight Titanium Construction At approximately 20 lb, this system removes roughly 57 lb compared with the approximately 77 lb factory exhaust. Reducing that much weight from the rear of the C8 helps improve the overall power-to-weight ratio while also removing mass from behind the rear axle. Optional AFM & NPP Valve Simulators For vehicles that are deleting their original factory exhaust-valve system, optional AFM and NPP electronic simulators are available. They are intended to: Help prevent exhaust-valve-related Check Engine Lights Prevent valve actuator fault codes Allow removal of factory valve actuators without leaving the system electronically disconnected Simulators are optional and sold separately unless selected.
