In 1994 Flavio and Antonio established Ca del Vent right at the periphery of Franciacorta, on the rich clay and limestone hills. With little money to invest, the winery worked very simply. As time went on their interest in Biodynamic farming, energy and viticulture grew. There the focus has been on producing the finest quality sparkling wine in Italy. Greatly inspired by thegrower Champagne movement. All wines are fermented and aged in barrel and then lees ageing is dependant on the vintage but can be anything up to 8 years.
