The property was built in 1918 by Fernando Vives Escudero, a wealthy Madrid businessman in the pastry business. He settled in 1921 with his lover, Xini, an elegant and eccentric woman. Xini inherited the property from Fernando in 1940. They enjoyed a rich and festive life in Sant Patrici until Fernando's death in 1941. The style of the building is reminiscent of the rural properties built by Andrea Palladio at the end of the 19th century in Italy. The property was abandoned for a few decades until it was recovered and renovated in the early 2000s and eventually transformed into what it is today. Surrounded by gardens and vineyards, the hotel has a relaxing pool with a wooden deck where you can relax or sunbathe. We offer a traditional Menorcan breakfast every morning on the terrace of our restaurant to enjoy the awakening of the countryside and our farm. The hotel's location is perfect for excursions, whether horseback riding, hiking, cycling, or boat trips. The common area of the mansion includes the living room, with different environments and access to the garden, where the solarium and pool are located.
