Full-bodied, soft palate with delicate tannins. The finish is fresh, mineral and very persistent.Ageing/Vinification: Aged in large oak casks (50 hl) for 24 months in French oak, and a further 24 months in bottle before release.Vineyard: Vineyards are located on high Piedmont, on the historical hills of Ghemme.
