A blend of separa te Cabernet Sauvignon parcels as well as merlot. Different picking times, canopy management and vineyard aspects allows us to capture the varying terroir available from the Island Brook property. Dark and brooding this wine displays classic red and black fruit aromas. Mulberry, blackberry, choc mint and leafy notes.
