This is a PDF pattern NOT the physical product!! The cablechain laptop case is based on Klarybarry's Honey Honey bag. (The cable chain pattern is also available as a bag: #cablechainbag). The case is knitted in the round on circular needles in a 2-coloured cable pattern. From the opening of the case, a lining is knit and then folded into the case to hide all the floats, which gives a nice finish to it. The case is then finished by adding a zipper to the opening to keep your laptop secure. YarnHoooked Zpagetti yarn (ca 120 m/700g) in two colours. You could also use any chunky yarn. Or why not try many thinner threads together? Colour A: blue (ca 550 g) Colour B: orange/white (ca 250 g) Gauge14 sts x 11 r = 10 x 10 cm in pattern Note: Zpagetti yarn is made from waste from the textile industry, which means that each ball is unique. This could affect the gauge, size and look of your case. Materials• Circular needles 10 mm, 40 cm. • Crochet hook (optional) • Cable needle • Darning needle • Scissors • Zipper approx. 30 cm.
