On Cacofonia, Gabriel da Rosa pairs bossa nova with new influences: Brazilian musicians working in other genres, like Rodrigo Amarante and O Terno, and American artists such as Dav id Byrne and Sam Evian – a reflection of how Gabriel has one foot in Brazil and the other in LA.
