Ingredients: Hibiscus Flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus), Dong Qui root (Angelica sinensis), Evening Primrose seed (Oenothera biennis), Globe Amaranth flower (Gomphrena globosa), Natural flavour. Flavour: Choc Cherry Preparation: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5 - 7 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste.
