From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence Core 500 Sachet contains: 500mg of sodium to optimise hydration via improved fluid absorption, greater fluid retention and maintenance of electrolyte balance; 200mg of potassium to regulate cellular fluid balance, supporting cardiovascular health, nerve and muscle function; and 20mg of marine magnesium (aquamin) which should contribute to electrolyte balance, energy-yielding metabolism, nerve and muscle function. When to consume Cadence Core 500 Sachets You may find that Cadence Core 500 Sachets are best consumed in the morning. This is because you may be more dehydrated at that time of the day. However, Cadence Core 500 Sachets can be consumed at any time of the day. It may be particularly beneficial for you to use Cadence Core 500 Sachets 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training sessions. This should allow you to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost via sweat. Instructions for use It is recommended to mix one sachet with 500ml to 1L of water.
