A brilliantly rustic, natural fizz from Veneto, made from 100% Glera (the Prosecco grape) but produced in the old-school col fondo / ancestral style, unfiltered, unfined and referm ented in bottle for a gently cloudy, characterful sparkle. Fresh and expressive, it shows green apple, lemon peel and grapefruit layered with bread crust, acacia and light yeastiness from the lees.
