Close the lid tightly, and shake well until smooth and fully combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. For the best results, prepare the night before.To serve, add chopped romaine lettuce to a large bowl, and toss with the dressing. Garnish with croutons, Parmesan cheese, and bacon bits to taste.
