Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. A dive into the Fania archives unearthed Café, a Latin funk and soul gem on it's 50th anniversary. Legendary conguero Ray Barretto produced the one Café self-titled album, released on Vaya Records. The opener "Sí Dame Tu Amor" ripples with funk grooves-sounding like something Barretto would have released himself-while "Identify Yourself" is an absolute jam.
