A smashing image of an elephant transporting Cafe Collas, the "perles des indes" (pearls of India), throug h the deep jungle, on its way to be served in "all the best cafes" in France. An exquisite vintage poster. Size: 45.0" x 29.5" Condition: Very Good, Age-appropriate wear, fading and toning. Poster has never been folded. Light areas of printer waning in outer black border. Border wear in areas of right margin. Faint printer marks in outer margins. Conservation mounted on linen.
