We are pleased to introduce the Cagnina di Romagna, a soft, sweet red wine that is low in alcohol, low in acidity and beautiful to drink. This wine has been made in the region for more than 700 years and while it managed to be a well-kept secret for so long, the word is out! Made from the Terrano grape, Cagnina is made by stopping fermentation before all the grape sugar has been converted to alcohol, leaving behind some natural sweetness and a low percentage in alcohol.
