INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • Apply 1 coat of Inside Out Primer & Sealer as the first later of your manicure. • Allow to dry for about 1-2 minutes. • Apply 1 coat of color polish. Allow to dry. • Apply a second coat of color polish. Allow to dry. • Apply 1 coat of Rise & SHINE Top Coat. Allow to dry. • Finish with a final coat of Inside Out Primer & Sealer. • For the best results, try using a hair dryer to dry in between coats.
