Cake Auf! features desserts from around the world - each and every recipe in the game is unique. The goal of the game is to make the most recipes within 3 rounds. At the beginning of the first round, you are dealt 2 recipes (3 for playing with 2 players) and 5 resource/action cards. On your turn, you can play an unlimited number of cards: place ingredients on your recipes, and play actions on yourself or other players. The first person to complete the most recipes over 3 rounds wins. In order to help you advance and hinder your opponents, there are the following action cards: Power Outage: Place above another player's recipe to stop them from completing their recipe that uses power. Fire Alarm: Place above another player's recipe to stop them from completing their recipe that uses power. The Old Switcheroo: Play this card to switch a recipe or entire hand with another player. Picky Eater: Peak at the top 3 cards in the unused Recipe pile and you may choose one to swap out a current recipe with. One for One: Select another player whose hand to randomly select a card from. They randomly select a card from your hand in return. Freezer Burn: Play this card to destroy another player's already completed recipe that uses the fridge. No. of Players: 2 to 4
