Class Description: Learn the fundamentals of cake decorating in this hands-on class designed for beginners and aspiring bakers. You’ll practice essential techniques including frosting, smoothing, piping, and adding decorative details to create a beautifully finished cake. Finish the class with your own decorated cake and the skills to continue creating stunning desserts at home. Class Cancellations & Transfers: Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 3 days before the scheduled class. Requests made less than 3 days before class, including same-day cancellations, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, and full tuition will be forfeited. Late Arrival Policy: Students must arrive on time. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be admitted due to safety and instructional concerns and will forfeit their tuition without a refund, credit, or transfer. Age Requirement: Students must be 14 years or older to attend any class not specifically designated as a Family Class. No Walk-Ins: Advance registration is required. Walk-ins and walk-in makeup sessions cannot be accommodated due to the preparation required for ingredients, equipment, instructor assignments, and individual workstations. Limited Class Sizes: Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a personalized, hands-on experience. Once a class is full, no additional students can be accommodated.
