Cakebread's classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers rich layers of ripe blackberry, plum, and boysenberry, enhanced by subtle hints of dark chocolate, baking spices, and toas ty oak. The dark fruit profile is beautifully balanced by bright acidity and velvety tannins, delivering a full-bodied yet refined and elegant structure. Blend:90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Syrah, 1% Cabernet Franc Plush and generous aromas of blackcurrants, mulberries and baking spices. The palate is full-bodied with finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, giving flavors of olive tapenade, blackberries and cedar. Approachable for early drinking, but it will age nicely.
