Green Earth Farms Calendula Creme is made in small batches from the best ingredients* available. Most of the herbs are grown on the farm or are grown organically elsewhere. The add ition of vitamin E oil and essential oils function to preserve the quality of the ingredients and to extend the shelf life up to one year. A traditional recipe is used in which a combination of expeller pressed oils and lanolin, shea butter or vegetable jelly act as a vehicle for the herbal extracts and facilitate ease of absorption. All the herbs were chosen for their ability to protect the skin and to promote the healing process and comes in a lanolin or a vegetable jelly base.
