My Calm Corner Calming Kits are a mindful and useful tool for assisting children with their big emotions. Encouraging fun and promoting autonomy and decision making, children are able to be in control of their own play when creating their own Calming Jar. When using their Calming Jar, children are able to focus their attention on what is happening inside the jar, slow their breathing and feel more in control of how their body is feeling.
