This gives it a fresh perfume and a delicate fruity taste, making it ideal for seasoning all types of fresh vegetables: celery, fennel, radishes, artichokes, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers… "Pinzimolio" is bottled "mosto" (unfiltered, just as it comes from the mills), but can be filtered on request by the client. 100% Italian Oil - Cold Produced.
