Mariposa's calzone is an Italian favorite, similar to pizza but folded into a pocket. Our calzone is filled with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, chives and marinara. Additi onally, we offer a ham and cheese version with nitrate-free smoked ham added inside. After being filled, the pocket is folded over, sealed, and then baked until golden brown.
