Our Cam-Lock hook system is available as a separate kit, just in case you have an old set of panniers that could use a little spiffing up! Choosing between 8" an 10" tracks: The Ca m-Lock Oversized Hook set is available in two track lengths: 8” and 10”. The 8" is the most common size for all ARKEL panniers. The 10" is required for the ORCA 22.5 L, Dolphin 24 L, T-42, and GT-54 models. To determine which length is required for your bag, click here to consult the chart OR measure the tracks from hole to hole on your actual bag. The Cam-Lock® will automatically fit rack tubing of 8mm to 15mm diameter. Our system is foolproof and lasts forever—why not use it on your other brand of panniers? The kit comes pre-assembled with everything except the tools to install it! The kit includes the following parts to retrofit 1 pannier: 1 aluminum rail (8 or 10 in.) 2 aluminum hooks with self locking cams and nylon inserts to protect the rack 1 carry handle 2 d-rings to attach optional shoulder strap 1 multifiber bungee 1 stainless steel wire hook You can order the kit with 8 or 10 in. tracks depending on the size of your panniers.
