As such they have great symbolic meaning and prestige. The geometric designs were used to confuse enemies due to their dizzying effects. The shields are handmade and will slightly vary in size and design. Design & Aesthetic Visual Impact: The high-contrast palette of blackened wood and white kaolin clay creates a powerful "op-art" effect, making it a compelling focal point for modern and minimalist interiors.
