Campanula portenschlagiana 'Porto' is a compact, low-growing perennial with masses of vibrant violet-purple, bell-shaped flowers held above fresh green foliage. Its dense, gently spreading habit and abundant blooms make it a lovely choice for bright windowsills, patios, balconies and container displays. Although it can be enjoyed indoors while in flower, Campanula 'Porto' is a hardy perennial that is happiest outdoors in a sunny or lightly shaded position. Its naturally spreading habit makes it particularly well suited to pots, window boxes, rock gardens, walls and the front of borders. Place in bright light and water thoroughly when the compost begins to dry, avoiding letting the plant sit in water.
