Simply bring us your clean, empty Simplicity Handcrafted vessels, choose your fragrance, and we'll handle the fresh pour. How it Works: Drop-Off Your Clean Vessel: Bring your completely empty, washed vessel to us at an upcoming local market or coordinate a local drop-off. Pick Your Scent: Choose from any of our currently available, in-stock fragrances at drop-off. The Pouring Process: Because candle making requires proper curing time, refills are not done on the spot. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to batch-pour your candle alongside our normal production schedule. We will contact you as soon as it is ready for pickup! Important Program Guidelines: Vessel Condition: To keep this program running smoothly, all vessels must be dropped off completely clean, washed with soap and water, and free of old wax and wicks. Original Vessels Only: For safety and liability reasons, we only refill original Simplicity Handcrafted vessels. We have extensively tested our wax and wick combinations specifically for our own vessels to ensure a safe, clean burn. Safety Inspection: Every vessel must pass a quick safety inspection upon drop-off. Glass that shows signs of deep scratching, chips, or micro-cracks cannot be refilled, as the structural integrity may be compromised under heat. Shipping Note: This is a local service only.
