In Panama, traditional distilleries produce both Heavy and Light distillates. These two distillates (rum) are blended to create the classic traditional Panamanian rum profile. As the name suggests, Heavy distillate is robust and full-bodied, while Light distillate offers a softer touch. Cane Harvest is distilled from freshly harvested estate-grown sugarcane molasses and consists only of Heavy distillate. It remains untouched by additives, making it a versatile muse for cocktail enthusiasts. “Clear color.
