Our range of canopy filters are designed protect the air ducting, from kitchens, and keep working environments safe. They will capture grease, and dust, and stop flames from enteri ng the extraction ducting so can be used to eliminate the risk of fire in this area. Our range consists of three different designs constructed from different finishes including stainless steel, galvanised, and aluminium. Our GREASE FILTERS are generally used for the capture of grease, metal BAFFLE FILTERS to reduce the possibility of flames entering extraction ducting and our DUAL PREMIUM are a combination of both the grease and baffle filters so is very effective at capturing grease but includes baffles to inhibit flames. With our Grease Filters, we offer three options for the frame/mesh being stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised steel. Each filter is supplied with collapsible carry handles to make installation and removal easier, quicker and safer. The primary function of the Baffle Filters is to reduce the possibility that flames could travel from the cooking or preparation area into the extraction ducting. To ensure a long life, our baffles are manufactured from rolled stainless steel which is welded onto a sub frame which in turn is wrapped within the stainless steel outer frame. The Dual Premium is a combination filter, utilising both baffle technology and the mesh of the grease filter to you with both optimum grease removal and flame protection in a single extraction filter. All of our canopy filters can be gently cleaned by rising with hot water and a mild detergent or they can be soaked in a mild detergent solution and rinsed with clean water. You must ensure that the clean filters are completely dry before being re-installed into the extraction hood or holding frame. We have listed standard measurements but all of these filters can be made to your bespoke size, so if the size of filter that you require is not shown, contact us on +44 (0)1673895130 or visit our Contact Us page where you can complete a form.
