Machine washable, on a gentle cold cycle. Lay flat to air dry. Do not use bleach, soak, or place in dryer.- Supervision with this product is recommended at all times. This product is not a toy.**A b o u t T h e P r i n t :**- High-quality dye-sublimation print ensures the design won’t fade, peel, or scratch.- The ink is pressed into the material, not on top of it. The result is a beautiful-looking print that will last.- We use a special design method that mimics the look of foil and glitter when featured in the design.**A b o u t t h e D e s i g n :**The design comes with the fonts and graphics as shown within the main listing image and as described in the listing title, with your personalization, as noted on your order.- **Font:** The personalization will be in Lowercase/Uppercase/Capitalized, as shown in our images for the design. Some designs may feature more than one font style for additional names or details, please refer to our keepsake box images for examples of each design featuring additional personalization details. Longer names/short names or personalization may slightly differ in your final design as they be slightly smaller/larger in size to fit within the design space, however, the overall final design will still be extremely similar to the examples shown, please keep this in mind. Just like handwriting, each font has its own unique characteristics and style for every letter.- **Monogram (for designs with Floral/Greenery/Numbers/Geometric shapes monograms):** Each letter/number is different and they all have different placement of the florals/greenery/geometric shape or other graphic elements, some letters/numbers may also appear smaller Eg; an I may seem smaller than an M, due to the differences of the letter width/strokes. As standard, we will use the first letter of the name unless noted of another letter/initial preference.**P r i n t i n g :**Our products are individually printed and handmade by us in Brisbane. Differences in print placement and the creation process can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. With the nature of handmade products, please do not expect each product to be exactly the same, as one may slightly differ from the next. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.**P e r s o n a l i s e d D e t a i l s :**Please ensure all personalization details are correct for each item in your cart - personalization is displayed during checkout for each product when it has been added. For incorrect or missing personalization details, we do not provide a refund or exchange where an error has occurred from the customer providing us incorrect personalization details within the order.**P o s t a g e :**Standard and Express postage options are available during checkout, and we also offer combined postage! Once your order is packaged and booked for postage collection, we will add your tracking details to your order. To enjoy combined shipping, please add all items from our shop to your basket before processing through the checkout and finalizing with your payment.
