Pre-Order Policy When you Pre-Order something at most Ma & Pa shops that means that we directly order on your behalf, therefore ALL Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-transferable. Sometimes the dates can be subject to change here and there but we do 100% guarantee that item or set coming solely for you.
