Targets: Thrips and Mites Description Technical Information Captiva® Prime enhances pest control by driving pests out of hiding, increasing insecticide exposure and boosting the overall efficacy of tank mix solutions. Captiva® Prime is an insecticide formulated from the highest quality, concentrated plant extracts which have activity against thrips and mites. It is listed for use in organic agriculture by the National Organic Program (NOP) and the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI). Captiva® Prime is available for use in all food and non-food crops (see label for specific usage). It has a four hour reentry interval (REI) and a zero day preharvest interval (PHI). Active ingredients: Capsicum oleoresin extract, garlic oil, canola oil. The irritant effect of CAPTIVA PRIME increases pest mobility, exposure and vulnerability to insecticides or miticides that act on contact. CAPTIVA PRIME weakens the cuticle of some immature stages of insect and mite pests.
