Product Overview The Nanolumens Captivate 180-HD is a 180-inch turnkey direct-view LED display engineered for large-venue commercial AV deployments where installation complexity is a barrier. Priced as a complete solution—display, mount, and professional installation included—it eliminates the need for separate field engineering or integration contracts. At 2.0mm pixel pitch with 1920×1080 full HD resolution, it delivers sharp, high-impact imagery at distances typical of large auditoriums, houses of worship, and all-hands rooms. This is the largest configuration in the Captivate series, designed for organizations that need a production-grade dvLED display without a dedicated AV engineering team on staff. Product Description The Captivate 180-HD spans 157.8 × 93.6 inches (4010 × 2379mm) at just 2.0 inches of system depth—a direct-view LED footprint that replaces projection screens, video walls built from discrete tiles, and oversized flat-panel arrays without the installation overhead that typically accompanies them. The 2.0mm pixel pitch is optimized for viewing distances common in large auditoriums, main sanctuaries, and large all-hands rooms, where pixel-level resolution at close range is less critical than brightness uniformity and wide viewing angles across a deep room. What separates the Captivate series from standard dvLED product lines is the turnkey delivery model. Creation Networks ships, mounts, and fully installs the display—labor and hardware are included in the $58,000 price. There are no separate integrator fees, no field engineering quotes to negotiate, and no coordination gaps between product supplier and installation crew. For procurement teams and facilities managers working without an in-house AV department, this single-vendor model significantly reduces project risk and schedule complexity. The Captivate 180-HD uses cable-less panel-to-panel connections, which reduces installation time and eliminates a common point of failure in large-format LED arrays. Panels are front-serviceable, meaning maintenance technicians can access and replace modules from the front of the display without removing it from the wall—an operational requirement for permanent installations in occupied facilities. The display is rated for 100,000 hours of operation to half-brightness, and comes with a 2-year extendable warranty. A handheld remote control is included for on-site brightness, input, and power management without requiring a connected control system. The Captivate 180-HD is wall-mountable or can be configured with an optional rolling floor stand, giving AV system designers flexibility for fixed installations or repositionable deployments in multi-purpose facilities. As a standalone display solution, it accepts standard video inputs and requires no proprietary media player or control system—making it compatible with existing AV infrastructure. The $58,000 price covers the display, mounting hardware, and professional installation by a certified technician. There are no separate labor or field engineering fees. What is the minimum recommended viewing distance for the Captivate 180-HD?At 2.0mm pixel pitch, the recommended minimum viewing distance is approximately 10–12 feet. The display is optimized for large-room applications where the majority of the audience is seated 15 feet or more from the screen. Can the Captivate 180-HD be wall-mounted, or does it require a floor stand? The display ships configured for wall mounting. An optional rolling floor stand is available separately for facilities that require a repositionable deployment. Is the display front-serviceable?Yes. LED modules can be replaced from the front of the display without removing it from the wall, which is critical for permanent installations in occupied facilities. What video inputs does the Captivate 180-HD accept? The Captivate series accepts standard video inputs compatible with commercial AV infrastructure. Consult the full technical datasheet or contact Creation Networks at creationnetworks.net for input configuration details specific to your installation. How does the Captivate 180-HD compare to the 150-HD and 120-HD?The 180-HD is the largest Captivate configuration, with a 2.0mm pixel pitch suited for larger viewing distances. The 150-HD (1.7mm) is better suited for boardrooms and medium auditoriums; the 120-HD (1.3mm) targets conference rooms and training rooms where closer viewing distances require finer pixel pitch. What warranty coverage is included? The Captivate 180-HD includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty, with options to extend coverage. The display is rated for 100,000 hours of operation to half-brightness under continuous commercial use. Can this display be purchased without installation? The Captivate series is a turnkey solution; installation is included in the product price and is not sold separately. Organizations requiring display-only supply should contact Creation Networks to discuss alternative Nanolumens product lines such as the Engage series.
