When ordering please leave a note in the personalization box with the font number, initial, ribbon style, and the name of the color you'd like it painted. I will email a proof of the design for your approval before I begin the order. Proofs are typically sent between 24 and 48 hours. While we do not offer refunds on custom orders, please contact us if something happens during shipping or when the item is picked up.
