Originally released in 1963, “Caravan” was Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers' first album for Riverside Records. Featured in addition to Blakey are Freddie Hubbard (trumpet), Curt is Fuller (trombone), Wayne Shorter (sax), Cedar Walton (piano) and Reggie Workman (bass).
