Made in soft flowing 100% Rayon Light making the skirt wearable in summer and not too heavy in weight. Twirl worthy for festivals! Has a stretchy elastic waistband for a comfy fit. Three full tiers and sewn with cotton thread making it for perfect dyeing. (Formerly known as the "Gypsy Caravan Skirt" and it is stated as such in the 2019 catalog.
