Please meet Willow! It takes a lot of bravery to be curious. Being curious can cause us to step outside our comfort zone and that can bring up fear and insecurity. Willow knows tha t when she is curious, life is sweeter and richer. She makes it her practice to find ways to remind herself to keep her mind and her heart open to opportunities that show up on her path. She also knows that she can do whatever feels comfortable for her at the moment. There is no pressure, because being kind to ourselves is so important. Willow can be your constant reminder too. We can offer ourselves more support and feel better in the process. This takes practice and she wants to help us along the way.
