Yes we have a lot of colada riffs! We revised this recipe from Giffard. Unabashedly juicy without being generic. An ideal tropical cocktail. Ingredients: ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup 1 oz light rum 1 oz aged rum ¾ oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur 1 oz orange juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice Glass: hurricane Garnish: pineapple wedge + cherry + umbrella Show more
