15 mL / 0.5 FL OZ / 10-Free Carnations in Bloom is a white crelly base with orange iridescent flakes. Step out into the sun and watch this polish “bloom” from white to a warm purple, then step into the dark to see the polish have a subtle dark blue glow. It is advised to use a top coat without UV blocking chemicals. Additionally please note that glow in the dark pigments may settle over time.
