Flower Boxes is our special 2022 colorway for Babs' birthday. Inspired by the exuberant cascades decorating summertime windows, Flower Boxes begins with a gentle peach base, speckled with bright green, flashes of hot yellow, orange and pink, and cool shades of teal and purple. This colorway is a Babette: every skein and every batch is a bit different, but Babs has a method of recreating these artistic colorways. The photograph is an example of representative skeins from this colorway; the skein you receive may differ somewhat. This yarn is speckled: it has a tonal-colored background shade peppered with small dark specks and spots of dye. Each skein is different in terms of speckle distribution and placement. We will do our best to choose multiple skeins that coordinate well. Caroline Caroline is lusciously soft, blending super fine merino wool with cashmere and nylon. Colors on Caroline are gentle, and your finished project will have a little bit of halo. You’ll love Caroline in textured or lacy accessories like shawls, cowls, hand warmers, and hats (but Caroline is not suitable for socks).
