The Bohan Chardonnay, grown high in Sonoma’s rugged coastal hills, offers old-world elegance with layered minerality and barrel-fermented polish. The Star Springs Sauvignon Blanc, a bold Bordeaux-style white, brings texture and tension with racing acidity and oak-driven depth. Moving into red territory, the Gradek Cabernet Sauvignon impresses with cedar, black fig, and fine, powdery tannins—an organically farmed, east-west vineyard that yields mountain fruit of rare maturity.
